OCC Rentals is the byproduct of longtime friends and business partners, Scott Ogden and Frank Carter, who combined efforts in the purchasing and renting equipment in the aftermath of Hurricanes Laura and Delta. What began as charity work ultimately became a business idea. One machine grew into a small fleet of equipment, as well as multiple trucks and trailers to provide delivery and transport on all machines.

Our goal is simple: to make equipment rentals easy for businesses and individuals who value a smooth transaction and easy access to a human voice and a handshake. Frank runs most of the day-to-day operations, so when you call – you’ll be speaking to Frank directly. When you shake a hand at delivery – it will be Frank. By keeping overhead low, dealing directly with customers, and delivering and servicing equipment in house – we are able to provide quality machines at an extremely competitive price. 

OCC Rentals operates out of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, but provides reasonably priced delivery throughout the state.
